    Have you mentally checked out - and given in the the fact you won’t meet your goal ??? Is it binging, lack of motivation, snacking, lack of sleep, lack of energy, no time to do in activity, work stress , kids, homeschooling, the list is endless...

    We are midway into our last week - In the short term ****remember why you started and hold yourself accountable to giving 110% effort to your own health, fitness and dietbet goals. You can do anything for a few more days!

  • The past 5 days have been a holding pattern for me. Scale has been up and down within a pound. ????Rhyme and reality at the same time😬.

    So, as we’re in the last week, I’ve decided to do protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and low carb dinners.

I have also struggled with that! One thing that worked for me is to keep sodium levels low, eat veggies and staying hydrated.
