I have completely failed another weight loss goal. I don't get what's wrong with me. I've lost 112 pounds before, but for some reason I can't get back into that same mind set. Ugh truly sucks.

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. One pound of muscle weighs the same as one pound of fat. It just takes up less space in your body.
