- This dietbet has been my best yet. Not because I hit my goal, but because I focused on not depriving myself and maintaining balance! It's been a long road, and trying to find the most sustainable practices can be Really Hard! This dietbet was attained by: eating enough food, eating the right food, not overeating. Big breakfast, no seconds at dinner, minimal snacks. These two photos are 3.5 YEARS apart.
