How do ya’ll get caffeine while fasting? I really want to give fasting a go, but can’t imagine going to work uncaffeinated and don’t drink coffee. I usually drink crystal lite packets, but I’ve been reading that artificial sweeteners are not good while fasting? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Some experts even consider 20 calories not breaking your fast, or have a look at the fast-mimicking diet which has a ton of food and still claims to have similar benefits. It’s really where you draw the line!
