My family is joining me on this journey and I can tell my teenage daughters are making better choices!! I feel great!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm still struggling with my water. I started back to work and we have to wear a mask all day. It is hard to remember to take it off and drink!

Resisted ridiculous indulgences all week. Went Roller skating and climbed bleachers with friends to burn calories!!! It was so much fun!!

I stayed under my calories all week and exercised every day!!

I had 1 ice cream treat with my kids but wish I would have throughly checked the nutrition info beforehand because I would have made a different choice.
