Non-scale victory of the week!

I felt great! I never felt deprived or too hungry. I was eating the perfect amount of beautifully balanced and healthy foods (even with some desserts!)

Getting out and walking every day or even multiple times a day. Good for my mental health, good for my body!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This was actually a pretty flawless week, exercise and diet wise. I’d like to do a little more cooking this week, learning a few more family friendly healthy recipes
