I found a gym that is open in my area with all the equipment out doors, and since I signed up 3 days ago I’ve gone every day to work out!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
my diet was off, I’m on my period and had a hormonal week. I had healthy food but gave into having a few beers.

I’m hoping my bloated ness from the period goes away and I feel more confident. my goal also is to meal prep on Sunday so my week will me amazing and easy. I just did a booty exercise regimen and went swimming so I’m feeling good right now.
