Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m really proud of myself for meal prep and planning. I was able to stay within my containers. my bloating is way down. I love how I feel in my clothes.

eating at night. I do really good all day and then feel so hungry after dinner. Getting through the hunger pangs of a calorie deficit. A mindset of deprivation. Emotional eating.
