What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
No matter what I've done or tried I haven't been able to lose weight for the past 5years. This is the heaviest I've ever been, even pregnant I NEVER was over 200. I get so depressed about it & don't sleep even over my disgust with myself. I don't eat junk food, I limit my card intake, I mainly eat protein and on very rare occasions I consume carbs but I can't understand why I cant lose. I have an issue working out due to health issues but I'm active, I'm a single parent to 5 children and my youngest are5 &6 which keep me on my toes 24/7
