Having a hard time with bloating, any tips to get rid of the water weight?? Its so annoying I started pmsing at the beginning of this challenge which made it so much harder to make that scale budge and not im pmsing again at the end and I went from two pounds below my goal to 1 pound above and now im super stressed im not gonna win because of it 😔😔😔😔

I just wanted to say thank you guys!!! The watermelom did WONDERS!! I dropped 4 pounds of water weight over night and I ended a good 2 pounds under my goal, plus I feel soSO MUCH less bloated :revolving_hearts::revolving_hearts::revolving_hearts::revolving_hearts: definitely using this in the future when I get super bloated to just feel better :revolving_hearts:

I love cucumbers and spicy chips, so for healthy snack I always sprinkle chile powder (Tajin) and lime juice to my cucumbers and I would say the 98% of the time it works for suppressing my chips cravings :grin::grin:
