Non-scale victory of the week!

I few days ago my daughter came home with a few boxes of junk food and last night they opened them after dinner. I sat there and thought how good those would be but how my stomach would hurt if I ate one. So I got up and made me a shakeo and that curbed my sweet tooth and I was satisfied
