What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can't seem to stay on keto. Need to ditch the carbs.

Get focused. Get to the gym. I'm not going to beat myself up here because I've been in a shitload of pain. Waiting on a med, waiting to restart another med after sepsis. Once I get meds back on track, life will be easier.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tried some new keto recipes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

After my last diet bet ended, I went off keto for 2 1/2 days. The carb cravings after were awful, and I won't do that again.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Clean keto. Get back into ketosis. Intermittent fasting. My scale shows that I'm up NINE pounds, but that has to be water weight. I didn't eat THAT much!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am wearing my favirite bra today. Before I started this diet bet, I couldn't fit into it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slipped up and ate a few carbs while company was here, but honestly it was such a small slip that I'm okay with it. I didn't have any sugar, which is a huge victory for me!

I already journalled today but came back to submit an official weigh in to win a prize. Messy hair, no bra, pile of laundry and other mess in the background. I don't care. My official weigh in shows a 20 pound loss. woohoooo!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a short spell of craving carbs after eating sugar free ice cream and a low carb tortilla, but I drank more water and stuck to proteins and fats and now the cravings are gone again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise. Swimming has been tough because of my leg, but I could do hand weights and chair yoga.

Non-scale victory of the week!

A swim! After ten days of no swimming because of sepsis and cellulitis, I wrapped my leg in saran wrap and went for a nice long one.

I have hand weights that I should use every day.

More swimming, more hand weights, some light yoga. Stick to keto. Lose that last pound plus more to win my bet!

I stuck to very clean keto and did some fasting. One 48 hour fast and lots of IF.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better hydration. I drank plenty of water in hospital but much less at home.

Hopefully finish healing and get permission from doctor to exercise again. I was in hosp with sepsis and cellulitis for a week. Incredibly painful. I gained 15 pounds ofbwater weight from edema and am just getting some off (10 lbs).

Despite hubby bringing home junk food, I stayed on keto all week!

I could track my food on MyFitnessPal. I'll eat too many nuts and avocados if I don't track them.

Stick to clean keto. Do more prep so I'm not cooking hungry. Work on fasting.
