In June, my mom got me workout tights one size smaller than what I was wearing at the time and they finally fit!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nothing as of now! Even when I ate poorly at my anniversary dinner I still lost weight. Ate well every other meal (plant-based) and exercised 6x.
