Realized my sports bras aren't as supportive anymore because lost some inches in my back/chest. Need new exercise bras!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drank some wine earlier in the week. Need to cut that out entirely while trying to lose weight.

I started listening to relaxing music prior to bed to help with breathing and relaxing for falling asleep. Goal is to do that every night now, it's been helping with my sleep.

In June, my mom got me workout tights one size smaller than what I was wearing at the time and they finally fit!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing as of now! Even when I ate poorly at my anniversary dinner I still lost weight. Ate well every other meal (plant-based) and exercised 6x.

Final weigh in is Mon-Tues, my goal is to maintain or lose until then since I met my goal! Hoping my period doesn't make me gain enough weight to screw me over.

My FitBit changed my cardiovascular fitness to a higher score, so my heart rate ranges changed to more athletic!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had some cave-ins with eating when I visited friends. Not terrible, like I didn't get a Five Guys burger but I did have some pizza lol.
