It's October 1st, what are your fitness goals?

Mine: to work out 6 days a week to achieve my 6 day split - push, pull, legs, repeat. (currently averaging 4-5 days a week)

Workout 6 days a week but mix it up. Add weights, yoga and HIIT workouts to lots of walking.

It's okay! It's still early and we are all learning how we work best in this. Instead of relying on will-power or trying to figure out "best" choices for bad foods, I started packing little snack boxes in my purse to satisfy the urges. Like snacks I REALLY like, just as long as the portions are measured. Like a little bag of chips or little container of chocolate chips. I also pack cucumber sticks or apple slices to eat if I'm feeling anxious or nervous and ready to give in, sometimes just chewing on something and occuping your mind for a few minutes works.

You didn’t make my weight either, but I’m able to jog 2 miles a day, which I could not do when we started. I know the goal is weight loss but for this round, if you do t make the goal focus on one positive thing that was a result of this first round, and start planning early for the next round. You’ve got this.

Any other breastfeeding momma's out there? So hard to balance getting enough calories in and losing weight lol

I gained weight or plateaued the whole time I breastfed! I had a horrible time losing it, no matter how active I was and how healthy I ate.

Usually you get like 48 hours per weigh in, so I think you can weigh in first thing the following morning your time.
