actually took a day and enjoyed with my husband. Yes, there was food and beverage, but we hadn’t stopped to take a break in a long while from life around us.

too many things to choose from. we can always do better. I’ve been more focused on paying for part of a wedding than I am putting in the investment in getting healthier!
