I continue to train for the first ever marathon in my life! i kept a 1:2 ration when jog:walking and didn’t die! completed right at 10 miles!!!! so the hot tub with jets is looking mighty fine right now. have never won any on the weekly prizes but DANG that one I’m gonna be jealous whoever gets it

I enjoyed the Christmas foods but only in moderation AND within an intermittent eating window, typically 7am-2pm, so mainly breakfast and lunch, water rest of the day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

done more STRETCHING!!!! shocked my body with a jump rope workout one night and the next 3 days my calves were KILLING ME!
