I gained a lot of weight overall, but did also exercise more and today is better than yesterday!

I turned down some alcohol on Halloween.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

it was tough bc I was traveling. I think this week went better than the previous. but I did drink a bunch of wine with my brother.
