Counting calories helps me stay on track and in a deficit. I also try to walk more. Hopefully that can help me want to start exercising more regularly too. And I’ve been doing some intermitting fasting. And drinking more water.
Been down with a nasty bug but still powering through. Longest day at work and still managed to throw together a classic chicken pot pie. Anyone else crave warm, comfort foods when sick? Getting in those veggies and protein! Still within calorie goal for today. Feeling really good about this challenge :)
