  • Week 2 of dietbet!! Happy Monday team.
    Hope everyone had a productive weekend. I hiked Saturday and took a rest day Sunday, food could have been better but I feel like broken record with that one. Anyways started my Monday with some cardio 3.25 miles at 5 am which really felt great.
    Followed up by my favorite snack pop cakes w/ PB I also had some eggs for some more protein.

    I’ll be picking the winners for the weekend challenge $50 Nike gift cards today and will post shortly. Make today a productive day guys. Make it a point to over come any mental hurdles you might be facing. You can do this.

Did great today! Got my water intake down and eating as good. Just finished my workout and i know I’m going to feel it on my legs tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great workout Monday!

Hi! 😀 Does anyone else go through days without wanting to eat each meal? I’ve never been a breakfast person and I eat a small lunch. After work I workout and don’t feel like eating or not hungry. And I’ve come from binge eating and over eating before my journey 2 months ago. Any suggestions? I’ve been on my low carb diet from Franny for the 2 months and now I’m not that hungry.

How many carbs are you eating? I usually fast until lunch and then have dinner with a “treat” afterwards. My appetite increases and decreases thru the month. I would just go with it and listen to your body. You might be hungrier next week

I am so excited and feeling super motivated! Down two pounds since Monday, down 35 since March. I am so proud of my endurance level. I can actually run for 5 mins straight without being short of breath! What! My work is also running a step challenge this month and winner gets an all-expenses paid vacation. Needless to say, I am GOING FOR IT.

Has anyone else noticed an increase in their endurance level? I can’t believe how much of a NSV it is for me.

Cried a Tiny bit on the scale this morning. I've officially lost 45lbs. A goal I made for my birthday this year. My birthday is Friday and this is the best present ever. I still have 65 lbs until I'm at my tentative goal weight but I've come so far!!!

  • I feel so motivated for day 1! I was actually excited to walk after work. Hopefully my momentum stays! My goal this week is to track all my food and TRY to meet my water intake. It’s so hard for me! Happy day one everyone!

  • Today is a damn celebration! I ran 5 miles and reached my goal of running 100 miles during the month of September! I literally cannot believe that I did that 🙌😭

    I just turned 31 this week, and have never been able to run my whole life, so this feels like such an incredible win.

Hi! My name is Trudy. I live in Ohio. I’m hitting the big 5-0 this year and I need to get myself going on getting healthy. I have 3 teenage boys that I need to be here for as well as myself.

This is my 4th diet bet. The first one I won. The second one I gave up 1/2 way through and my third one I got as far as signing up. So this is my first diet bet with Franny. I ready to start my health journey!!

  • Goal was running 5 miles today. I got 4 and then had to take a break to make my hubby lunch. Got back and did the last mile.

    95 for the month! So close to my goal of 100 miles!
