  • This is my second time doing the program 10 Rounds. The first time I did it was when it first came out and I didn’t give it 100%. I thought it was the programs fault😆 Yeah right….it was my fault. I was not dialed in.

    This time around I really focused on my nutrition and have given each workout my all….this program is AMAZING! I feel strong and lean at 5 months post partum. My body has responded to all of the hard work I have put in. Joel your programs are the best! THANK YOU!

Already hit my goal but its slowly has crept up....well, started my monthly today. Usually have 2-3 days high bloat. Trying not to stress about it. Anyone have suggestions on combating monthly bloat? Drinking extra extra water :-)

172.4 back to 176..?!!
Goal is 172.2.
Not sure what is causing the change.
Eating habits have not changed. Been jog/walk 30 min day this week. And gained 4 lbs.
Period is due in a couple days. Could that make this gain?

If you ever catch yourself saying “I’ve only lost 1, 5, or 10 pounds” I want you to remember these images. I have to thank Breanne and Joel for making this challenge so easy. I've had trouble losing weight forever it seems. (It had been worse since my sister passed away 3 years ago, but extremely challenging this year after losing my dad, my grandfather, a friend my age and my grandmother within 4 months. Not to mention my son having an extremely rare diagnosis that needed a 7+ hour surgery in Boston in March with biweekly follow up appointments.) I have a sweet tooth and never felt I could stick to any diet due to deprivation. Most recipes I've tried with protein powder have been awful. I have been making Breanne's recipes and what a difference!! I do not feel deprived and enjoy sweets that are healthier. I am down 7 pounds since last Monday! Working out has never been an issue because I love it and it's what keeps me sane but Joel's workouts are amazing and fun. They truly are my favorites! I'm so happy that I've found something that works and makes me feel like I could actually succeed in losing the weight. So thank you Joel and Breanne from the bottom of my heart ❤

Wow, I followed her recipe and it made about 12 mini waffles. If that is one serving, then that is pretty good!

I had to look several times. I stared at the giant waffle I made and kept asking, "Do I really get to eat this whole thing?" I think I may have done a little dance when I realized it really was one serving :grin:

Butterfinger Waffles were amazing!! Down about 5 pounds so far but I'm sure it's mostly water. Hopefully the scale will keep going down!

I really wish the recipes went under their own tab or they were pinned. I was looking forward to making those for our Sunday breakfast, but I can't find it.

Sort by host, and you just have to keep scrolling down. I am fine with the additional work scrolling, because it shows that the hosts are commenting on peoples posts, which I love! Also, DietBet only allows two pinned post a day

  • Just a little reminder about workouts: more or longer isn’t always better.

    It’s easy to get into a mentality that you need to workout 60-90 minutes to really make any weight loss progress, especially when you’re up against a short timetable, like this DietBet. But remember that it’s all about finding the balance between your calorie intake and workouts. You do not need to kill yourself physically, thinking that will help when in fact, it can hinder results, like increase hunger and cortisol levels, create more inflammation in your body, and/or lead to more water retention because your body cant recover. This also goes for double workouts in a day.

    Instead, focus on a SOLID workout that may be between 30-60 minutes. You’ll be able to push yourself harder since it’s a shorter amount of time, while still getting a solid burn. Then just remain active throughout your day. Remember as well, that muscle activation from weightlifting does increase your caloric burn up to 48 hours vs. cardio where calorie burn stops when you do 😉👍.
