PB AND J PROTEIN SHAKE! Scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 tbs 100%peanut butter, 1 tbs sugar free jelly, 1 cup spinach (bc you gotta get your veggies in) add almond milk and ice! Perfection!

I've had to do that too! Crazy how a Slight change I outfit (even workout clothes!) Can vary up to 0.5 lbs in my experience
