SC- what weight program are you looking into?

Hey Lizzy! Stay on Track with Syd's Kickstarter game started on Feb. 22nd. There is still time to sign-up. The game lasts for 28 days and you need to lose 4% of your initial weight to win. My advice to doing multiple games is make sure you have the budget for it, because it does add up $35 x 6 = $210. You already know the pay-out for Transformers is not for 6 months. Also, make sure you have time to spend checking-in on the activity wall for each game you join. That support and social encouragement is very helpful to staying on course to reaching your goals (I think). : )

Did really good on round 1. Didn’t hit round 2 goal, but am rededicating myself to this. Will begin posting a picture after each workout, to hold myself more accountable. Hitting the treadmill for five miles after work today!

Just keep going! I did that with a Healthy wager and missed out on hundreds of dollars and lost my investment but the emotional reaction and self anger threw me into a tailspin with over a month of binging and I realized how bad I was hurting myself and signed up again but put multiple reminders in my phone and a note that it’s the verified one and they send an email if you did it correctly. But I’m sometimes only half way in my head... like today I left to bring a bag to someone and realized I forgot the bag... had to go back to my apartment... Just saying I’m happy for you that you met your goal and I hope your not beating yourself up over missing the weigh in

I've noticed on days I have steak with my eggs, I am more satiated. I ALWAYS have a heaping pile of spinach with breakfast, that way if I don't have a bunch of veggies later, I know I had a huge amount of greens to start the day off.

I love spinach in my oatmeal, and in my omelet with feta cheese. Hits the spot!

Fat fills. I do keto and can say that if I eat steak and eggs I get full and my fasting hours increase.
