Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been on a plateau all month although I have not missed a workout and have been reasonably good with my nutrition. I was very close but did not expect to win this round and this morning, I did! I’m so happy and proud of myself for not getting discouraged in the face of slow progress. Feeling like a winner
