I have just recently started nursing school. Due to COVID my husband is working from home, our oldest (5) is doing distance learning from home, and our youngest (2) is being kept home from daycare. Life is crazy! So, I want to focus on easy, healthy food choices (I will meal prep today) and getting in my workouts on my non-clinical days (so, workout on wed-sun)
