Non-scale victory of the week!

A shirt that I haven’t worn in years because it was too small I wore yesterday and it fit and looked amazing!! Non-scale victories for the win!

i have an under active thyroid so as much as i work out and eat great i seem to be stuck. but I’m going to keep pushing! it will happen.
