challenge to make it had a injury to my heel could do normal exercise had to improvise with chair cardio!

I am so glad that I was able to maintain my plan while going to a very stressful situation! I still manage to show some progress yay!!

excercise! i wasn’t able to do any excercises love one was very ill and hospitalized for 5 days!
