cut candy and sweets out ofout of my diet, making sure I don’t eat anything over 10grams off sugaroff sugar. I’d also like to work out workout more and go for more walks.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’ve already loss over 100 pounds but my main issue or challenge with losing weight is the excess skin I have on my abs from my frost big weight loss.
