Non-scale victory of the week!

The seat belt in my mom's car fit me more loosely than before. it was a really good feeling.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have focused more on my diet (focusing more on nutrition and healthy meals) instead of just not eating or overeating.

My clothes are definitely sitting looser and I feel like I have more movement.

I indulged in too much junk food and sweets over the week and gained back some weight from an earlier DB win

I want to get back in the swing of things, especially with the healthy eating. I can actually feel how shit my body feels when I have just eaten junk. I do not want to overeat (not a great feeling at all)...

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into a size denim jeans I haven't been able to for more than a year. I had a good food week (except for yesterday). My partner commented on how he noticed that I definitely lost weight, Yay! So it's starting to show!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

For some reason I ALWAYS self SABOTAGE the day before the progress weigh in, I eat about 200 - 400 calories more than I should, and I have noticed it is now a pattern... every night before my progress weigh in (face-palm)... I could have also made more effort in trying to exercise more days...

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I need to really be strict with myself and my diet. I need to stop self sabotaging the day before I'm supposed to weigh in. I would like to do more upper body cardio since I tore my ATF ligament in my left ankle... I just need to have my head in the game, literally in the game, as 2 of my DB final weigh-in's are next week and I still have a challenge ahead of me!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked 2.2km in 30 minutes (a whole km more than when I started this DB), I ate well and I said no to many chocolates and sweets and unhealthy foods

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I can't think of something for this week specifically because I tried really hard this week, but I think my biggest lesson over the course of this DB is to be consistent and don't mess up in the beginning coz the last couple of weeks is really tough!!

I don't want to get into the mentality that I have won my first dietbet and now I can have 1 that leads to 5 cheat days! I think that will be my biggest challenge for the week to come!

Non-scale victory of the week!

We had pizza one night. I ordered a small and didn't eat the whole thing in one go so Yay me! I also asked for advice on my 2 games and it has really helped.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Weekends are tough for me in terms of how much I eat and when, so I feel as though I need to focus on my weekend eating and be more mindful of my triggers and why I overdo it on weekends.

what I am really proud of is that I have started exercising and did this 3x this week. I also resisted having some of my mom's birthday cake which looked delicious

3 nights out of this week I gave in and over ate sweets and food. This always happens at night, after dinner snacking and one night of heavy drinking
