I force myself to workout anyway, remembering that I will feel better mentally and physically afterwards. But, it’s not easy

For my workouts, I tell myself I only have to do it for 5 minutes. I can handle just 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, if I want to stop, I can. Usually just getting moving focuses me enough to finish the workout. But is nice to have that 5-minute out clause.

We are at the halfway point. How is everyone doing? I think I am heading into the slow, stubborn part of weight loss!

Halfway already?! Woohoo! Weight came off quickly at first, but is definitely hitting a stall now as I’m lacking some motivation.
