Non-scale victory of the week!

I found clothes in my closet that are new but for 3 years I couldn’t fit into them. I forgot about most. Now some are too big.

Water intake definitely but I ROCKED it today!!

Having the positive mindset since I was really sick and COVID tested. Nutrition was on point!!

I honestly wished I could’ve worked out but I know that my body needed the rest to get well and fight off the flu/Covid whatever it is & was
