My calves are so much more defined, running is really good on my body :) !

Not slackoff mid-weekend. Go easier on the food after my winning Dietbet celebration haha

I cooked 2 times this week! I'm aiming to cook at least every 2 days to get used to it :D !

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I tend to overeat and order takeout at might, which is why I took lots of weight theses last years. Eating in a balanced way is my biggest challenge.
