Still can’t taste but craving salty food because I can taste it somewhat

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Start working out again. Been walking but need to get serious again in the morning

Got sick with Covid but still got my steps goal. Can’t taste food so that’s interesting. Going to try to eat healthier since I can’t taste anything. Lol
