Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve made it through the past few weekends without binge eating on the weekend - I’ve had some small “cheat” items that were satisfying, but didn’t go crazy with them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t do well last night at a friend’s birthday dinner - I feel like I ate way more than I would have because it was so late in the evening, I basically ate 4 meals yesterday.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have 2 half marathons coming up this week and I know I’ll eat big after - my goal is to be good the rest of the time other than race day!

we went on a trip out of town over the weekend and I enjoyed some good food and alcohol, but in sensible portions.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

sleep!! i got very poor sleep several nights, and I’m trying to improve that!

I have really been really dedicated this week and even did some meal prep!

I was a little mad at myself for eating a lot after my trail race on Sunday.

I meal prepped some breakfast burritos and it was life changing! They kept me full all morning!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have planned out dinners better, but overall we still ate well and I feel victorious!

We have a big weekend planned and I know I will probably indulge. My goal is to get right back on the wagon on Monday and back to being sensible!

I really still want to get my weight down lower. I am ending this Diet Bet 3 lbs higher than where I started, and I feel disappointed in that.

I can’t run this week because I just got my permanent makeup renewed. I’m struggling to get all my steps in through walking.

still trying to get down to 145-146 for final weigh out. My goal is to eat super good and only have a small cheat meal on Sunday when we do a beer themed relay race.

I could have done better on my water consumption yesterday - otherwise I really was on the straight and narrow all week and weekend!

still trying to get back to lower weights! I had my permanent makeup done yesterday and didn’t feel well after, which seemed to really affect my water consumption. Hoping my weight being up is just water weight! My goal is to still get back down around 145.

I did some meal prep for the week and it has been so helpful with staying under control!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still could have kept control a little better over the weekend, instead of the mindless munching i did at my friend’s baby shower.

I actually skipped weighing in last week because my weight was really high after the long weekend. I really need to get the weekends under control.
