Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been able to get my sleep back on track and I feel so much better! I also ran a half marathon on my own on Friday, and hit a 2 minute PR - my fitness is improving!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate pretty crazy on the weekend, and I was kicking myself for it, but the scale never really went up.

I’ve eaten at least one salad a day for the past 4 days!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I felt that aside from the salads, my food choices were not on point last week. Pizza, hamburger, hot dog, and pizza lunch on monday. ugh!!

we camped all weekend and I prepared healthy meals ahead of time and stuck to them!

I let social eating get away from me one evening - I need to learn that just because others are getting seconds, doesn’t mean I have to.

Trying on some old clothes and fitting in them really well! Also getting rid of some too big clothes!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

my attitude - I was so upset that my weight seemed to be stuck a few pounds above where i wanted to be all week. Then today i had a sudden drop back to a normal weight!
