  • Cooked a 4lb chicken in the instant pot for my protein prep. I covered it with lemon butter, garlic, salt and pepper and cooked it for 24min on high with 20min natural release.

    I used my air fryer to roast up some brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Those were seasoned with avocado oil, garlic, salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Cooked @400 for 15 min. I drizzled a balsamic glaze on top of the individual servings. Paired it all with a side salad.
