I started back and am eating healthier. Post vacation was hard buy i am not quitting. I want to reach the 150s.

It was great. I got my zumba and yoga classes in. Did bmx with the kids. Rollerblading. And ate extra well!

I restarted just 2 days ago to eat properly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a big down. I was not able to stop eating junk and i am not proud. I had my periods so I did not go to yoga or zumba last week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought a pair of snow pants for snowboarding at the beginning of the season and they were XL but really tight. By the time I hit the slopes I couldn’t even button them. Had to buy another pair. Bigger. It was so depressing. Well I tried the first pair this week and not only do they fit, they are loose!!!! Im ecstatic!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water and not eat that giant burger after yoga last night. I felt nauseous.

I am doing well with I. F. (16:8). I am not munching at night and weight is going down. I am so happy!

Again drank more water. Its a really bad problem. And maybe slept a little earlier.

I have started going to the gym even with my hip that hurts. I decided to stop making excuses.

Drink more water. I have a lot of difficulty with water. But i am adding herbal teas so it helps.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I hurt my hip doing squats last year, and since then I have been less active, and gaining weight like crazy. At 43, I am so scared its going to be even harder to get to my healthy weight and then keep it off.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have started eating better, sleeping earlier and my goals for this week are: drink water, keep meal prepping (it helps so much) and NO RESTAURANT food at all. Exercise goals are to go to the gym 3x, hot yoga on Tuesday and snowboarding with the kids this weekend.
