What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I hurt my hip doing squats last year, and since then I have been less active, and gaining weight like crazy. At 43, I am so scared its going to be even harder to get to my healthy weight and then keep it off.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I have started eating better, sleeping earlier and my goals for this week are: drink water, keep meal prepping (it helps so much) and NO RESTAURANT food at all. Exercise goals are to go to the gym 3x, hot yoga on Tuesday and snowboarding with the kids this weekend.
