Anyone else meet your round 1 goal but don’t *feel* like you lost any weight?

I think it’s because my weight can fluctuate by a couple pounds every day, so there are some days where it’s still damn near my starting weight. I don’t think I’ll feel the difference psychologically until I’m well below my starting weight even on “heavy” days.

Definitely. I noticed a big difference in my waist, but now I'm bloated and my clothes are fitting the same as before, though I did lose some weight. Still notice it in my arms, though. Just keep plugging away!

What are some spices and toppings you put in your oatmeal? I am a big oatmeal eater but I want to expand my options. So sometimes instead of brown sugar I will take half of a banana and mash it and stir that into my oatmeal. Then take the other half and cut it and put it as my topping along with chia seeds and cinnamon.

I love yogurt with fresh fruit. My fave is peaches and cherries, but that’s mostly a summer thing.

I agree with everyone else! The fresh fruit is the way to go with the Greek yogurt, it helps cut the tartness.
