Have struggled with years of yo-yo constipation and then I can go with laxatives and stool softeners and then I go back constipated and it’s ruining weight loss cuz I get so backed up. I’ve been to GI and done ALLLLL the things. So frustrated.

I use Benefiber and prefer it over Metamucil because I'm sensitive to added sugars. I might need to give moringa powder a try like LaUnicaDiva suggested!

I’m sure you’ve tried all the things, just wanted to share what’s been working for me.
I got rid of gluten. It was hard but it’s helped immensely. I also have a connective tissue disorder and gluten can cause inflammation flare ups.
I’ve also been taking a daily probiotic/prebiotic blend and added digestive enzymes to my biggest meal each day.
No absolute miracles, I still have issues from time to time, but I’ve tried all sorts of elimination diets and all the things they recommend adding, and this seems to be helping consistently. Good luck!
