What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I find it difficult to portion my food in the right balance where I am not hungry but allows me to lose weight. I have a bad back and have gone through three surgeries and this impedes my ability for progress for a healthy movement. I do not move enough because I have a sedentary job in front of a computer. I also have difficult making consistent healthy choices.

Move more. Try for 5 days this week for consistent exercise. Do this doNot to eat late at night. Keep my blood sugar at good numbers.
