Non-scale victory of the week!

despite the Valentines candy literally EVERYWHERE I’ve managed to NOT give in to temptation - I did pick up a couple Quest treats in case cravings get bad with it around but so far I’ve been relatively good! the one time my cravings were enough to give in I had just 1 half of a 2 pack of their peanut butter cups and shared the other half with my little brother - previously I would eat the entire box of 8 in one sitting so just 1 single cup is kinda amazing for me! oh also despite having a bit of a water weight gain this week there is a BIG face difference letting me know that while the water weight is doing whatever it wants over all I AM losing fat and right now that’s the priority!

goals for this week are to do the simple core stretching exercise I found on YouTube 1-5 times a day… and to make sure I’m crocheting MOST of the time so my hands stay OUT of the snacks I do have out of boredom and so I only eat to nourish!
