Non-scale victory of the week!

resisted eating some stuff that wasn't bad but it was a bad time of day. Learning some new strategies for exercise & habit training.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done more with weights. I settled for the easy thing of pedaling on stationary for the whole workout time.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did check out Longevity. It is the type of place I would like. Doesn't have availability to just come in and push weights but I like the classes and coach. I tried to get my 10k in but ran out of time and it was 101. I am going to try it in the morning on Friday. Struggled yesterday when I was mad with emotional eating. it was sugar-free candy, but it is the behavior & impulse reaction I am trying to eliminate.

Menu and keeping good snacks on hand.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My new capris are already loose!! And despite the epic failure of 3 electronic devices, I have not given up on ME & my goals!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I took 1/3 of a 2nd helping last night. Although I was within my macros, diet , etc I felt physically hideous afterwards. Just say no to 2nds & realistically re-evaluate why you are reaching for it.
