Keep steady to increasing my walking, just keep adding a little more movement, add more chicken breast to diet (even though I prefer dark meat), stay consistent with water, sleep and magnesium.

Doing meal prep, resisting temptations, and weighed and measured everything except 1 spoonful of almond butter.

Besides the 1 spoonful of almond butter that put me over on macros for the day, I have been slacking on my walking and weights this week .

resisted eating some stuff that wasn't bad but it was a bad time of day. Learning some new strategies for exercise & habit training.

Done more with weights. I settled for the easy thing of pedaling on stationary for the whole workout time.
