I have 2.6 lbs to lose in 5 days! Anyone have any suggestions? I usually drink about 80 oz of water a day & have limited sugar and alcohol. I am wondering if it would be best to cut out carbs (or have a small amount in the AM), completely cut out sugar and alcohol and then up my water. Anything else that’s worked for you guys?

  • Can I just say THANK YOU to everyone here! I am almost 6 months into my journey and this Dietbet kept me going this weekend!

    It is Canadian thanksgiving and usually this long weekend consists of drinking Saturday night (a lot) to prep for Sunday dinner,
    Sunday dinner never any veggies / loaded with carbs and gravy, and drinking again and Monday doing nothing ( hungover ) and eating crappy food

    Well Saturday took my family on a 3K hike - prepared pies and had ONE glass of wine. Sunday 50% of my plate was veggies and doubled up in my workout , had two glasses of wine. Today did my leg day , even though I was exhausted I ate well(ish) still had leftovers with gravy! But I am proud of myself... . Thank you Dietbet friends who kept me going!!!

  • Day 4 of MBFA! I got 1O for my AMRAP!!!!!!! The first time I have gotten double digits!!!!!

    Also am I going to ask every day - what just happened lol!

    I am so happy I have this workout routine as an outlet for my emotions and no longer food ❤
