Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been doing Jillian's DietBet workshop in her app and on my rest days, I do Jillian cardio or 20 minutes on the bike. I've done that once and forget how much that works your legs.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Considering it was Thanksgiving weekend, I am really proud of myself. I didn't gain any weight but lost a pound!
