Got to wear another shirt that hasn't fit in 3 years!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still need to focus on water. But really sleep is lacking. Too much work with everything and not enough time to focus on truly taking care of my needs.

Keep trying to get in more water and at least 8 hours of sleep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Freaking amazing!!! I had to wear an actual belt to keep my pants up!!!! I tried on all my jeans and I am down 2 sizes!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just drink more water as always.

I am starting a new month of workouts. I am getting so much stronger and leaner!! Keeping up with good food choices especially now that all the holiday parties are starting at work.

I stayed away from the Thanksgiving pot luck at school so I wasn't tempted by unhealthy foods.

I still need to keep up with my water and get better sleep.

Was able to fit into some shirts that haven't fit in YEARS!!

Went out on a date night last night and enjoyed myself a little too much. But I'm okay with it. There has to be balance right?

I was able to COMFORTABLY wear a tshirt I bought 3 years ago!! I haven't been able to wear it since I bought it!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I do need to make sure I'm keeping up with my water intake. It's hot in Florida!!

I was seriously doing so well. And then my samn period started and doesn't want to end. bad food Choi tonight. Should've stuck with my weight this morning. 169.7 this morning. I'm so frustrated. And I ran out of time.

I have been so busy with work I have no time to plan meals. I really just screwed up tonight.

I bought a new bathing suit for the first time in over 2 years and fit into a smaller size!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did a GREAT job this week with food, steps, and exercises!! Now I need to improve on sleep and upping my water.
