Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to COMFORTABLY wear a tshirt I bought 3 years ago!! I haven't been able to wear it since I bought it!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I do need to make sure I'm keeping up with my water intake. It's hot in Florida!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was seriously doing so well. And then my samn period started and doesn't want to end. bad food Choi tonight. Should've stuck with my weight this morning. 169.7 this morning. I'm so frustrated. And I ran out of time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been so busy with work I have no time to plan meals. I really just screwed up tonight.

I bought a new bathing suit for the first time in over 2 years and fit into a smaller size!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did a GREAT job this week with food, steps, and exercises!! Now I need to improve on sleep and upping my water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can tell my endurance and strength are REALLY improving!!! I'm making it through my workouts and able to add more without being modifying. Pants are getting looser around my thighs!! Wahoo!!!

Non-scale victory my clothes continue to get looser and I continue to feel stronger. I'm seeing definition.....finally.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

We went out to eat a few times and for the most part I made decent choices but other times said screw it and then felt awful afterwards. Wasn't worth it. Temptations suck.

Non scale victory, I went on a staycation and was able to fit into an old bathing suit!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I actually feel really good about this week. I wasn't 100% on my diet on our staycation but made healthy choices for the most part and got in plenty of exercise.

I wore a bathing suit yesterday that I haven't been able to get past my hips in two years!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I actually didn't eat enough and didn't make the best choices when we were at the movies. Not a whole lot of good options though either.
