I had a big wt loss but right now I’m losing water wt. I put wt on very easily, so my goal is to continue being consistent and eat in as close to my calorie deficit so I can continue to lose this water wt. once my wt slows down then I know I’ll be actually losing fat and that’s where the real work begins .

Non-scale victory of the week!

i started out the week with a binge. That binge cost me dearly. I gained 5lbs of water wt in 1 day. I’m happy about the rest of the week because I ate in a deficit and lost the water weight and then some.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I learned from that binge. it wasn’t worth it. I could’ve stopped but I chose to continue. I’m done.

I have been checking out for awhile. I started but completed my week like a lot of my weeks checked out and with a at gain.

I’ve finally got control of my overeating and bingeing. I’ve gained a lot of weight since my last weigh in. I fell off my plan for various reasonsz. I’m not going to dwell on the past but move on and get the wt I gained off and more.

Again since my last weigh in May, I fell off my program and returned to old habits.
