I’ve finally got control of my overeating and bingeing. I’ve gained a lot of weight since my last weigh in. I fell off my plan for various reasonsz. I’m not going to dwell on the past but move on and get the wt I gained off and more.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Again since my last weigh in May, I fell off my program and returned to old habits.
