  • Gooooood morning everyone and happy Saturday!

    Here’s our 2nd challenge in hopes of encouraging you to stay active this weekend. Both Saturday & Sunday aim for 12k steps then 50 burpees, 100 jumping jacks, 50 air squats. Yes, both days. If you can’t do regular full jump burpees do modified but I really want you to aim for 50 if your body will allow of course. Remember to take your time, this is not a race. You’re already winning and in first place by making the necessary changes in your life.

    To be entered into the giveaway for a $50 Nike gift card please comment below that you completed the challenge (both days) if this weekend is your rest day enjoy it and try and do it one of the days. I’ll be 2 picking winners from the comments, remember must complete both days of the challenge in order to be places in the drawling. Hello everyone! This is my very first DietBet! I have followed Frannie for well over a year now and have always wanted to do one of these. I have recently lost 40 pounds and have a lot more to lose.   • Hey friends! I’m happy to be starting Day 1 here with all of you! A little about me, I’ve lost 105 lbs since last Oct 2019 with Frannys DietBet’s! It’s been hard to push past this plateau & ive been a little up/down/up/down these past 2 months, but I’m ready to kick back into gear to inch closer to “One-derland”! I know what I need to do to stay consistent & I can’t wait to follow all of your progress as well to fuel my own motivation lol! Let the games begin
