  • Yummy & healthy buffalo chicken! Threw some frozen chicken tenderloins in the crockpot with buffalo sauce & ranch seasoning. Cooked on low for 4 hours & shredded. 0 points! Going to put on a healthy life bun (2sp) and have a side of green beans (0sp).

  • Lunch run. Liift4 Back and Biceps earlier. I guess you could call it an afternoon siesta based on the time spent on both. ;) I will make up for it later, but my company is having a ginormous layoff today and the extra run helped vent some stress.

  • Today is my birthday. At first when I realized that my bday was a few days before weigh-in, I told myself I’d have to wait to celebrate a few days later. WHAT was I thinking?! I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made over the last 3.5 weeks and I’ve been eating so much better and making more health-conscious decisions. But today is my birthday and I’m going to let my boyfriend spoil me with donuts and a fancy sushi dinner tonight! This box of donuts is a symbol of progress. If nobody was watching, I could literally eat ALL of these donuts, one after another, until I feel sick. Instead I’ve enjoyed a little piece from 3 different donuts and it’s the slowest I’ve ever eaten a sweet treat. This DietBet isn’t about a quick fix or rapid weight loss. It truly helped me to shift my mindset and get back on track, in a sustainable way. I’m not going to deprive myself of special treats on my special day!

Omggg I want to try this flavor so bad!! My son is allergic to peanuts but PB is one of my all time favorites! Haven’t had it in 3 years... I’ll live through you all lol I almost even bought a box just to keep at work but then felt guilty.

    I know the DietBet is coming to an end but DONT let yourself fizzle out! Remember this DietBet was to help give you a kickstart. Not a start and end. I encourage you to keep up with the healthy habits you’ve developed and come back to my next game even farther along in your journey!!!!

    This journey is HARD. The hardest. But the only way you won’t succeed is if you give up. Where could you be a year from today if you just kept going. Despite the INEVITABLE “slip ups” or days you skip your workout. Think big picture. 365 days. How many more days are you going to let go by?

    My next DietBet will be in January. The start of a new year. After such a horrible year, I think it’ll be a much needed refresher. But don’t let the rest of this year go by just “waiting until the new year” Think of how much progress you can make in just a few months!

    Set yourself up for success with meal planning, planning your workouts, self care, and constantly reminding yourself that no matter what happens...you are DONE quitting

  • A super filling but healthy meal! Chicken breast topped with sauce, basil, cheese and pepperoni and a side of cauliflower risotto. Added a little cottage cheese (thinking like Felicia lol) to make it creamy. Topped everything with freshly grated Parmesan. This whole plate was only 5 points on WW 💙.

Big NSV tonight and warning long post lol
I had the toughest day emotionally at work today, won’t go into details but let’s just say I cried today in my office several times and I’ve never done that.

1st victory is I didn’t let it stop me from working out after work, totally pushed play and did my Cize dance workout!!! Even with the following interruption....

2nd victory is Panera and doordash messed up my delivery order.. they gave me an apple and a cookie, not the salad I ordered for dinner and well the only thing they can do is give me a refund and have me send in the order again through their app. Mind you it was supposed to be delivered about half way through my workout. Here I am mad, crying and overwhelmed. I have nothing in my house to eat except eggs because we just ate the last of our meal prepping yesterday. Friday’s I always order a salad from corelife but they were closed today so thought I’d try Panera for the first time. Big mistake. Well no dinner tonight but guess what? I still finished my workout and I refuse to eat junk food. My husband gets home at 9pm and normally brings home pizza for his dinner on fridays. I refuse to eat it because I’m 1 pound from my dietbet goal and I already pre planned my points to have a slice of pizza and wings tomorrow. Literally saved my weekly points for it!!! The old me wouldn’t finish the workout and instead emotionally eat pizza and sweets tonight because of the tough day I’ve had. I can’t believe it, I finally have self control !!!

  • NSV!! So I’m not one to take pictures of myself very often- I’ve never been much of a technology person. But I felt so cute I had to share😂 I got this cropped sweater from gymshark during quarantine and it did not fit whatsoever lol. I decided to keep it because it was my ‘normal’ size before the gyms closed. Well guess what y’all... it fits now and I feel SO good in it😭 I walked into the gym today like a total BA and crushed my workout. So grateful for my body allowing me to move💓 ps don’t mind my stomach, she did not see the sun this summer lmao

  • Felicia, how on earth do you always get your pizza so perfectly round?! Mine always look like some abstract shape 😂😂
    Anyway, this whole thing is only 5 points on 💙 completely cured my pizza craving. Even made my 2 year old her own mini pizza with full fat cheese. She loved it!!
