Hello!! I'm at the highest weight I've ever been after undergoing surgery last year. I'm so ready for this.

Some things I plan on doing:
Eating less than 1764 calories (400 deficit minimum from TDEE of 2164)
Track all I eat so I'm accurate
Go to the gym 3-4x a week
Walk 10,000 steps daily
Cook new recipes (I usually never cook)

People tend to post recipes on here so a great place to try new stuff. When I find one that my family of 5 enjoy including my three kids I'll post it. I figure if my picky kids will eat it, most will as well! Stay motivated and understand in 6 months things will go wrong, but this community will help you through it!

Don't forget to readjust your goals as you lose weight. The less we weigh, the less we burn and less we need as daily maintenance...I plan on dropping my calorie intake as I drop down, so I don't plateau.
