I did walk every day

Control myself when I am anxious, go for a walk, meditate. Calories went up, need to go back to 1200. I didn't met my calories per day goal. Starting fresh this week. a lot stress and very busy so I didn't met my calories per day goal. Starting fresh this week. I I am keeping up with my Steps. more meal preps.
