I can feel my abs and arm muscles!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

definitely could have done better on diet but we got a new puppy and couldn’t spend a lot of time meal prepping so that was a downside.

I got a concussion and wasn’t allowed to work out, but I did cut out caffeine and alcohol! looking forward to this week :)

more healthy foods - but I didn’t really have energy to cook.

Stick with a workout (clean week this week) to get back into working out! Also I will really hone in on nutrition with more veggies and continue no alcohol and limited to no caffeine.
