Starting week 2 of the DietBet! How are we feeling? Even if week 1 didn’t go the way you were hoping, every single day is another day to do this. To do what you’ve been telling yourself you’re to do

If not NOW then WHEN?! Get your meals set, move your body (even if it’s a 20 min walk), and STOP making excuses. The only thing standing in your way is yourself. Stop expecting perfection and just START. If you think you did something to “mess up” you didn’t. Excuse. Just KEEP GOING

I know the weekends can be tough for some, but remember to keep your goal and your why in mind! What will make you feel GOOD this weekend? What won’t. Don’t let the weekend be an excuse to eat whatever you want, as much as you want, and not move your body

My challenge to you today is to eat meals that make you feel good, and get some form of exercise in, even if that’s a small short walk! And WATER!

I can’t say enough how excited I am for all of you here. We all know 2020 has been an extremely hard year. I know a lot of you are coming here at ALL different stages of your journey. I will quickly introduce myself for anyone joining who might not know me! My name is Felicia and I am a 25 year old stay at home mama of 2! About 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds. I have since lost 140 pounds and have been able to keep it off for over 2 years. I truly feel like I have found that sweet spot of balance in my life. And now I want to help others get there. Because I know that merry go round diet life. You don’t have to be stuck on that forever.

While the goal of the game is to lose 4% in 4 weeks… you all know (if you’ve joined my games before) that I prefer to focus on more than that. I want to help you build sustainable habits that can keep you going on this journey far beyond just 4 weeks. I want to focus and celebrate non scale victories. I want you to leave this game feeling confident and motivated to kick ass.

What is “set up Sunday”? Setting ourselves up for a successful week with food. This can look differently for everyone! Meal prep, meal plan, etc

For me personally, I love to write out my meals for the week and grocery shop based on that. Here’s my meals for the week (I write the days, however if one meal sounds better to me on a certain night, I’ll switch things around! Gotta eat what satisfies our bodies!)

Monday- Burgers, sweet potato fries, salad
Tuesday-Broccoli chicken Alfredo (birds eye)
Wednesday- Trader Joe’s Orange chicken & cauliflower fried rice
Thursday- BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potato + salad or broccoli
Friday-Spaghetti (fiber gourmet pasta) + salad
Saturday- 2 ingredient dough pizza
Sunday- Tacos

Lunches are normally the same for me

Turkey + cheese sandwich
The Felicia combo

Breakfast
Protein coffee +
PB chocolate oats
Eggs and sourdough
Egg sandwich
Bagel + cream cheese
