What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I enjoy date nights and alcohol. I do feel if I over indulge it hinders my weight loss. Trying to find a happy medium .

I am going to work I’m honest tracking, everything ! I am a butter lover, And although I have a significantly decreased my intake I still enjoy trying my eggs in a teaspoon of it. I I am going to set a goal to use a lower point fat for my recipes and cooking.
